  • Son Young believes organizations flourish when their people are constantly growing. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development across Google, Verily, KIPP Foundation, and the broader Alphabet portfolio, she has coached and developed leaders who are agile, self-aware, and clear with their teams. 

    As Verily's first Head of Inclusive Culture, she architected the organization's first culture strategy and led eight employee resource groups. At Google, her equity and inclusion workshop series reached 10,000+ employees across Alphabet — including 300+ leaders at Waymo. She offers executive coaching and experiential workshops on communication, influence, managing change, and leading yourself and others.

  • Carrie is the Principal of Celestial Consulting, LLC, which she founded in 2016. She uses her over 25 years of experience to aid leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate workplace complexities. She knows first-hand the challenging work of leading; formerly the Vice President of People Development at Teach For America, she and her team advised executive leaders in leadership competencies, strategic decision-making, operational excellence methodology, and personnel growth & development. She brings this expertise to her work with clients, which include Results for Development, Google, American Red Cross, and EAB.

    Carrie graduated with honors from Spelman College and the University of Southern California and is a Certified Professional Coach.

  • Pegah believes in the power of human potential and the leader’s capacity to grow. As Founder of ONE Coaching, LLC, she brings nearly two decades of experience at KIPP Texas, where she most recently served as Managing Director of Talent Development, strengthening the growth of over 2,500 educators across the teacher-to-leader pipeline.

    As Managing Director of Leadership Development, she launched the Striving School Leader Cohort and Principal in Residence Program — with over 80% of participants becoming principals, more than 90% identifying as people of color. Earlier, she was the Founding School Leader of KIPP CONNECT Houston Middle School, an A-rated community school in the neighborhood where she was born and raised.

    Pegah is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and grounds her practice in an asset-based approach that helps leaders solve challenges through their strengths.
